The Conceptual Narrative
Our conceptual journey led us to explore a narrative inspired by a collection of quality natural materials, traditionally used throughout property design.
These premium materials such as oak, marble & slate all represent their own unique strengths, which aligned & reinforced the core values behind the Ethos brand.
Oak representing strength & stability, marble – quality & sophistication, & slate – reliability & dependability.
The meticulously crafted, yet visually effortless logo was inspired by the natural occurrence of annual growth rings found within the trunk of a mature tree.
This analogy, again, reinforced the narrative pertaining to Ethos Property’s continued legacy of growth & expansion.
The Online Experience
Fable&Co. designed the Ethos Property website concurrently with the brand identity.
It was important for us to consider how the proposition would be applied to the user interface of the new responsive site.
The website utilises clear bold statements, along with a clear & logical user experience, brought to life through innovative, yet subtle site animations. A suite of consistent, custom icons was designed to further engage with the audience, & to highlight key services offered by the team at Ethos.
The website showcases the impressive portfolio of projects managed & delivered by the team.
Fable&Co. were commissioned to photograph this array of quality properties, along with a set of stylish corporate portraits which are used throughout the website & marketing materials.
