Creative Habitat

Fable&Co. move to Powis Road, Brighton

After just a year of crafting, creating & collaborating the Fable&Co. team have built a enviable reputation along with a formidable portfolio of branding projects. Our humble beginnings in Hove allowed us to focus on what is most important – delivering the highest quality of work for all of our highly valued customers.

At the beginning of March 2016 we packed up our post-its, flip charts, sketch books & colouring pencils to venture in to the busy Brighton metropolis, to our new subterranean creative cave, Powis Road Studios. This new Fable&Co. habitat offers a refreshing modification to our daily ritual, we now have space to wheel around furiously on our budget ikea chairs to the sound of deep soulful house grooves which permeate throughout the studio. The recent move has even seen Colin familiarising himself with a kettle, rapidly becoming almost proficient at the ancient art of tea making.

Fable&Co’s new studio space adheres to the usual design agency cliche’s, exposed brick walls – check, stripped wooden floors – check, degenerate location – check. What makes our new location unique is it’s tainted past. Previously used as a dark, seedy private members club, where the attendees could hide away from prying eyes to live out their sordid & corrupt fantasies. If only the walls could talk, they could explain why there is a secret tunnel complete with chains & shackles, or suspicious haunting noises that can be heard late in the evening.
